This review is full of slander & inaccurate information. You have no relationship with this office & have no representation from here. The only contact you had with this firm was the phone call that you placed to my firm: one of cursing, demands & threats which were all coming from you (all recorded). My staff responded appropriately. You were told that we were working to resolve the missing key. Any inconvenience you feel is self-inflicted & not the fault of this office. The only unprofessional & rude person here is the complainant. The key to this property was stolen by another agent. All we can do is replace the key ASAP & report the agent that took it. My staff was not rude & they apologized for the situation multiple times to no avail. Our office works hard for it's clients, other Realtors & the members of the public. I suggest that you understand the attempt at slander here as I have my attorneys reviewing this false & totally unsubstantiated review on this public forum.
